I used to hate winter. It made me vulnerable. Naive. More likely to get hurt. Stories told while I was a child amplified my fear of the winter’s strange universe. They said there were many things hiding, many creatures coming out from the woods at night. Too many mysteries.
That wasn’t true. All I had to do to get rid of that anxiety. And pay attention to the details. To notice the serenity. The lack of chaos. The tranquility given by the snowflakes. Nature’s love for us. The wonderland.
I have always had this passion regarding taking photos. I have always adored expressing myself and sharing my emotions through photography. Yesterday, me and my friend – a photographer – endured the cold in order to shoot these wonderful pictures I hope you admire as much as we do.
